She was intelligent but completely insane. This is definitely worthwhile in building up a fuller picture of Dworkin, but it’s not my favourite work haitng hers. Her health suffered; the last time we met, in Septembershe had lost a huge amount of weight as a result of having a anerea band fitted in an attempt to deal with her dangerous obesity. But it’s wrapped in all that utter outdated crap.

I cannot recommend this book to anyone. This is hatnig radical feminist reading but also a really good example of how we have to look at second wave texts critically instead of treating them as gospel. Trivia About Woman Hating.
